I am back and ready to kick some fat goodbye, (for good this time!)

My game plan is to cut my portions in half and eat healthier. I am going to exercise and totally step outside this fat-suit I'm in!

Don't worry about the increase -- I went up too. We just need to focus these next two weeks on healthy eating before Easter. I think we'll be fine. :)

Btw, you can have my last donut -- it's rough trying to burn 200 calories! (That's like walking for 30 minutes on the treadmill at the maximum walking pace.)

Not anymore Rachael...look at my weight now. Don't ask me how I did it...I have not clue but I went down. But keep on coming and try to catch me...I might wobble there for a while like I did with the 178-179. Just think, one more pound and you'll be in the 170's...wouldn't that be great...Right now all I can think about is getting under 175. That would be great.

I guess you being on my tail scared the weight out of me...I'm doing pretty good with the portion control thing. I haven't done any exercise this week. I see you are doing a lot of exercise....maybe you are gaining muscle tone....that can add to your weight you know.
Don't loose patience and courage...you'll make it

Don't fret! Just get right back to it!! You are still slightly ahead of me, but you'd better watch out, I'm right on your tail, which makes me more motivated than ever to catch you!! I didn't do too bad this weekend, but I did have TWO servings of homemade oreo ice cream cake. It was amazing. But other than that, I did pretty well. I've been to the gym 6 days in a row now. Sweet!

Well, tonight we had a birthday party....you know what that means don't you...more cheating, more gaining. I don't even think I'll weight in tomorrow...just too discouraging....Rachael, you can still beat me. Look at me, I'm not even budging from that 179. And no, I don't know how many calories I'm eating everyday...I'm too busy lately to even calculate...sorry.

You are still destroying me! I'm not sure I am even capable of catching up anymore. I'm haven't been very good this past week with dieting - I went over 3 days and 2 days I went over pretty bad. You look like you've been doing great though. Do you know how many calories you are eating every day?

The week-end was here again, got tempted by pizza hut....We did go out to eat but I didn't take pop...I think it helped...I was surprised to see that I only gained 0.4 pound which is not too bad for really cheating. I'm very happy that I kept it pretty much down this week-end in stead of going up and up. I think it's a first since the diet. I used to always gain about 1 to 2 pounds on the week-end. YEAHHH

Your weight loss chart looks like lop-sided boobs! Haha. Sorry, I must have my mind in the gutter or something. :D Don't worry about gaining some weight after getting better from being sick. Your body is just recovering and sometimes that requires eating some extra food.

Try to get some exercise in if you can!

you know the fastest way to loose weight?....it's called being sick with influenza. I almost drop 3 pounds in one day. I'm in the 170's now...I hope I said bye bye to the 180's for good. I'll try really hard not to gain that weight back...but really... the flu is not worth having even if it helps you loose that weight...It's pretty bad.

Don't worry about the spike. It's quite possibly just water weight or something. If you want to see a crazy weight loss chart, check mine out! Haha.

What are your exercise plans? Did Richard tell you about the Cardio Party work out DVD's that I suggested? I only have one, but since you want to get into aerobics, you should definitely check them out The one that I have is really pretty fun. :)

Wow, no fair! I gained .2lbs when you lost -- I'm jealous! LOL! Must be all the stress you have. As long as you don't "feed" it, it will work for you. (The stress that is.)

I think I'm gonna take myself a mini goal here....very little. By the first of february, I want to be starting my downhill slide in the 170's. I know I'm just a little over 2 pounds away, but the week-end is approaching fast and that's when i tend to slack off. So this is my mini goal. But to let you in the secret, I'll try to reach 180 by this week-end...that would be fabulous. Take care all of you

Thanks everyone for motivating me...you would think that Richard and I don't speak to each other beside comments on Traineo...but yes...we actually talk to each other at night when he comes back from work and on MSN while he's at work. I just think it's funny seeing his comments on traineo...and baby...I love it.
I'm really trying hard these past few days and I hope to see the reward by the end of this week.

I have mini goals in place and would like to reach them by specified times. The first, and most important, is to reach 170lbs by the end of March. The next would be to reach 150lbs by the end of July. And finally get to my final goal weight by the end of December 08.
