I have mini goals in place and would like to reach them by specified times. The first, and most important, is to reach 170lbs by the end of March. The next would be to reach 150lbs by the end of July. And finally get to my final goal weight by the end of December 08.

It looks like you are doing a pretty good job losing weight yourself! Keep up the good work, and don't let Richard push his last donut off on you. LOL
Btw, you can have my last donut -- it's rough trying to burn 200 calories! (That's like walking for 30 minutes on the treadmill at the maximum walking pace.)
I'm very, very proud of you and the progress that you have made. Stay focused and continue to avoid temptations. ;)

I guess you being on my tail scared the weight out of me...I'm doing pretty good with the portion control thing. I haven't done any exercise this week. I see you are doing a lot of exercise....maybe you are gaining muscle tone....that can add to your weight you know.

What are your exercise plans? Did Richard tell you about the Cardio Party work out DVD's that I suggested? I only have one, but since you want to get into aerobics, you should definitely check them out The one that I have is really pretty fun. :)
